In 2005 I moved back to My Current Place of Living{Prescott Az},Talked with Family and decided to get back in Shape.2006 Joined my 1st Gym{Freedom Fitness/Prescott Az}-Trained for 2006 2007 Took Off 2008 and I am making my Return Back{Permanent}2009-2010. In 1985 I was a junior in high School{Long ago}I weighted between *185-200LBS. "Today I am @ 300LBS"/By 2010 I Want to be Back to 220.5 or Better{: With what i know and weekly Training My Goal can Be Reached. May have to give up some sweets{Fats}In order to Obtain what I Want? *My Ideal weight by Medical is 155-175?
