How I Stay Motivated:
Family Friends and My Personnal Trainer and friend. C.Lange[2006-Current}. I look in my Mirror Daily I view My Goal{Written down where all can see/I workout as I have said i would.Goal in Mind -LOSE 80+LBS from Sept09 to July2010{Goal is 220-Back to High School days-1987.

In 1985 I was a junior in high School{Long ago}I weighted between *185-200LBS. "Today I am @ 300LBS"/By 2010 I Want to be Back to 220.5 or Better{: With what i know and weekly Training My Goal can Be Reached. May have to give up some sweets{Fats}In order to Obtain what I Want? *My Ideal weight by Medical is 155-175? I am Comfortable around 200LBS.[Goal update I am 284Lbs Currently and looking to be 275 by Christmas 09{The Rough Season}=junk Foods abound everywhere at this Time}; Hard 2 Stay Clean{food Wise{; !
