Im contemplating taking on a bikini comp ext July in Austin. Haven't quite made up my mind yet! We shall see. Who knows where you will see me! ;)

Working it the best I can...I am at the gym at least 4-5 times a week however I can make it! Trying to stick to my program.

I need to update my pics! Thanks on the abs comments...yep...lots to do with diet...I tend to thin out when I cut my carbs down and add more cardio along with my ab circuit. Its always a combo...just finding the right one! :)

Thanks! I dont think Ill ever "give up" just modifying my routine for whats going on in my life at all moments! LOL. Im still a gym junky! I have one size to drop now to hit my ideal goal...Im just not as muscular as I want to be...but Ill get it ALL done! :) Thanks again for the encouragement!

ummm...Im a slacker the last few weeks and opted to "stall" the 12 week plan...and just get in 3 days a week that I can. My schedule has become hectic and hard to focus! Still working out and watchn my diet...but defaulting for a bit on the stringetn programs! Keep up the good work!

Things are good...just a rough few weeks. Back on track though and ready to roll! I am goign to Vegas in 7 weeks so really am trying to stay strict to the plan! How are things?
