I have always been active but had lost focus and now know I am on the right track! Watch out! I am BRINGING my A game!
Why I Love It:
It is a stress relief for me. I like seeing the results and feeling fabulous...Oh and it's gonna give me that HOT BODY I so want! ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I am really motivated after reading other's success stories, seeing my body change and muscles coming in where I hadn't seen them before! At 6 feet tall I never want to be considered the "big" girl in a room only the TALL hot one! LOL..NOW THAT IS a great motivation!!!

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great example to so many others.
I haven't taken it everyday. I gained in the beginning but i really think it was b/c I was lifting soo heavy and taking in a lot of protein. Now I'm starting to notice the weight dropping and things slimming. My progress pics are up if you want to check them out. I was sick for a week so I didn't take it then.
Vegas is always a good motivator. Things are good here, just pushing through. Tough week this week with my elbow dislocating, but I'm just lifting lighter.
