Hey saw your comment on the JP Fit Team Site. Looks like you have a great start on thickness. I am no expert but I really like what SCIVATION offers on their web-site under the books. Pick your body type or try one of their lean mass books. The book have alot of great information. Some you may know and others you may not. Check it out and hope it helps. I never do sets of less than 10 reps, usually 10-12 reps for heavy squats, incline leg press, hact squat, than reps of 15-20 for leg extension, front squat or sissy squat or lounge
I usually complete legs doing harmstrings after quads...like Jay Cutler does :-))

just workout harder today to burn off the cake! lol! my son turned 5 3 weeks ago and it took every fiber in my being not to eat all the icing! i had one small pc and then ran 5 miles the next day!just keep up your hard work, one cheat wkend does the body good sometimes..just dont turn the cheat wkend to a cheat week/month/yr-Happy Training!
