Workout Program:
I go to the gym 4 times a week.

Day 1- Chest + Triceps
Day 2- Back + Biceps
Day 3- Shoulders
Day 4- Legs

If I manage a 5th day I do a lighter full body work out.
I Work out the Abs every 2nd day.

I have lowered my weights and concentrating on technique...

Any Advice plz leave comments, always wanting to learn
