Workout Program:
I go to the gym 4 times a week.

Day 1- Chest + Triceps
Day 2- Back + Biceps
Day 3- Shoulders
Day 4- Legs

If I manage a 5th day I do a lighter full body work out.
I Work out the Abs every 2nd day.

I have lowered my weights and concentrating on technique...

Any Advice plz...

yeah its alot but its essential to build muscle just watched scotlanld beat argentina 19-12 in the sevens at wellington they finished top of there table.

yeah ill be happy as long england doesnt win to.i think you should probably use a whey protein its good for recovery it usually instantised so its can be absorbed quickly.to build muscle you need around about 2.5 grams of protein per kilo of body weight.it would be good for after and pre rugby practice or match. and if you do buy supps always buy from a big name company just for qualitys sake.there are lots of good sites on here to source at whats best for you.

i used to play for an army team and waiouru but prior to that about 14 years at east coast bays in auckland.ive stopped now and just weight train only now.do you watch much rugby ? we are just about to start the season down here with super 14 kicking off in about 2 weeks looking forward to it.do you use any supplements
