Started in May 2006 and took a long brake due to knee injury and of course lazyness. Went from 265 to 305 in 4-5 months. I want to go back at it now May 07 and whipped my butt into shape
Why I Love It:
You get a sense of accomplishements when you see the reps and weights going up, your body transforming before your eyes and the feeling afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
A friend of mine had an heart attack at the age of 21. The doctor told her that unless she lose weight she is not going to live past her 20's

I see no differences yet but not going to give up.
Got done with my workout more than three hours ago and all I can say is my legs are killing me! When I got to my appartment I could barely walk up the stairs. After a quick shower and dinner, I just layed on my living room floor! I could not move a muscle....it sucks big time! But yet, I kinda...

Things are going good man…..my dad is having some health problems and it’s keeping me busy between going to the hospital and work. I’ve posted some photos from June and July in my pics but I’ve yet to post some on progress. I should have some up soon. How is training going?
Thanks man! I need to add more thickness though. Training is going well; I'm getting close to my first goal of hitting 200 lbs. How's everything with you?
SIGH! Just HORRIBLE! But I'm back on the train tracks of training! My husband wrote me out this KILLER workout, which right now my chest is NOT thanking him for, and I've lost 1.6 pounds of the 12 pounds that I gained back! I rock! How bout you?!??!?!!?
haha, hey, yeah i havn't checked bodyspace in awhile. i was doing pretty good. summer came along had to move to the middle of nowhere and no gym!!! but next month ill be back on it again

Yeah I've been getting there on my lunch break lately. I have to be more focused on what I'm doing in order to maximize my time to maximize results. I'm currently at 180 lbs, but I like the way I'm looking. The abs aren't as defined but they are there. Hows things with you?
