I got friends who are Olympic athletes, Physiologist, doctors, kanesiologists, physiotherapist, and chiropractors. So my circle is tight.haha, I have been in this game for so long, that you wont have to worry about anything. Just training hard and positive mind frame is all that is required.I have read endless amounts of books on the human body, on nutrition, exercises.etc.. Also going to do my Diploma of Exercise Science in Australia next month. So many PT's out there and they are horrible.
whats up man!! look at your traps.. they are huge man! you look good man! keep trucking man you WILL get there! i myself have been good..thing's are starting to pick up a bit and im about to crush this plateau and get it done like a savage for this bodybuilding show next year! sky is the limit man!
Also slow is better for long term, its a kilo a week sorry...so that is like 2 pounds a week. Been living over in Australia the past 7 years. Ideally if you eat right and train hard. So the 2 lbs a week is good to keep it going like that straight till you reach your overall goal. You will keep it off too, in the long run. Have you seen those people on biggest loser? They lose it so quickly and a lot of them put it back on as quickly as they lost it. The body needs time to adjust.
