How I Started:
I started going to the gym with my pops growing up but never got serious about till about 04. Then I began experiment with my diet I became a vegan, and to keep size and strength I began going to the gym more, eating better... the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy, full of energy. Everyday through self discipline, exercise I am a step forward to the best I can be.
