When I Started: Jun, 2005
How I Started: I was horribly overweight and out of shape. I hated the way I felt everyday and how I had no energy or desire to do anything. I decided that I needed to change, and so I did.
Why I Love It: I enjoy feeling strong, and knowing that I will get stronger. The only limitation I have is my own dedication and desire.
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing that I am becoming better that I am. In August of 2006 I decided to join the National Guard. I will not allow my body to be a limiting factor in any mission. One day I may have to carry a buddy out of harms way. I must ensure that I have the physical strength to do just that. I couldn't live with myself if I wasn't strong enough to get a fellow soldier to safety.
BB Accomplishments: Losing almost 100 Lbs. since starting on this little journey of transformation.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Increase overall Strength and cut bodyfat in half
Goal (Long): I am going to increase my mass and strength by at least 60% in every exercise by October. I will cut down my bodyfat to at least 8%. I will not be embarassed to take off my shirt. I will eat what I need to eat and I will lift what I need to lift. I will do it properly to avoid injuries that would delay any progress. I will do this for my family, my country and for myself.

I will keep this short.  I have been super busy with work, Guard Duty and a lot of personal stuff.  No more excuses. I can see and feel myself going downhill fast.  No more. Back on track and fighting the good fight.
