How I Started:
I was horribly overweight and out of shape. I hated the way I felt everyday and how I had no energy or desire to do anything. I decided that I needed to change, and so I did.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy feeling strong, and knowing that I will get stronger. The only limitation I have is my own dedication and desire.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am becoming better that I am.

Losing almost 100 Lbs. since starting on this little journey of transformation.

I am going to increase my mass and strength by at least 60% in every exercise by October. I will cut down my bodyfat to at least 8%. I will not be embarassed to take off my shirt. I will eat what I need to eat and I will lift what I need to lift. I will do it properly to avoid injuries that would delay any progress. I will do this for my family, my country and for myself.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Good equipment, knowledgeable staff, and clean. Avoid a gym where half of the gear is broken or severely worn out, or if it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a really long time.
