I actually spent my first 6 months in the gym just bench pressing and curling. So needless to say I walked around with this chest and these arms bulging but everything else was flat! But someone in the gym noticed my ability to transform so quickly that they convinced me to become a competitor. 6 months later and 25 added pounds of added muscle all over-- I took home first place in my first Musclemania event.
Why I Love It:
EVOLUTION AND TRANSFORMATION... People's reaction when I am out. The inspiration I am able to provide without saying a word!

Goal (Long):
I want to continue to inspire and motivate people everyday and teach them that we are only as incredible as we make ourselves to be. I want to continue to grow... Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically! Training has helped mold me into the person I am today and will NEVER regret a single moment of it... oh yeah, I want KICK ASS in every competition I am in!

Working on training as hard as I can. What would you suggest for recovery? Have you experienced any joint issues? How do you recover from that? Thanks!
upper body training is going well, Im still on a slow bulk through feb. Legs are crappy tho, I have to have an arthroscopy to smooth the edges around a hole in the meniscus behind my patella . . . so no leg training for several months other that calves.
