What I did today....

Woke up at 6:30am...got into my car and drove to the gym and did 50 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach.  Around 8:30am I scrambled up 4 whole eggs and heated up 4 turkey sausage patties for my first meal. I did not have to be into work until 11am today, so I had a...

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
