How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
I also wanted to ask you how many calories do you take in and whats your work out program like whats your diet program like and what is your bench max, squat max, and dead lift max
