How I Started:
I decided that when my 4 year old told me that i jiggeled when i laughed that it was time to do something about it. So i got a trainer at the Gym (USAF gym) and went twice a week for 3 months and i was frustrated cause i was not loosing weight. So i started running and it was all down hill from there when i got upto 10 miles a day i decided i need to add some muscle and seeing the women in my crossfit class it motivated me to get on the ball. I went to one of the body builders in the gym asked him who i should train with and he gave me a name and i trained with him once a week for 6 weeks, but this time i changed my diet was doing cardio 5x a week lifting 5x a week. Here i am and alot close to my goal and now my 5 year old tells me that she wants muscles like mine.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush i get when i work out. I am in a zone and each time i go up in weight it is like a high.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids keep me motivated, i want to be there for them as they grow up and i want to be the coach of the team not the mom on the bench...I love it when I catch my hubby checking me out also...
