I wanted to lose some body fat...well, I have. I went from 29% to 22% in a year - with a broken leg. Now I would like to get to 15% and keep it between 15% & 18%.
Why I Love It:
I truly hate "working out" during...but after is when I feel great! My arms and legs swell, my mind is clear and my focus is better...
Plus I get stronger every time - My measurements didn't change all that much over 8 weeks but my flexibility and strength has improved dramatically!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at past pics of myself, seeing how much I have changed, reading HERs, Oxygen and checking out everyone's profile on Bodyspace!
BB Accomplishments:
My latest achomplishment is I did 35lbs on single dumbbell rows! Getting stronger...

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The one who talks to you the whole time you're on the treadmill
I'm not as bad off as I thought! Although a little out of cardio shape (not hard to fix) my BODY FAT IS ONLY 22.1%!!!!! The last time I had it checked, it was 29%!!
You have been doing those adductor leg exercises,donkey kicks?You will just have to keep the cardio high between jogging,sprints & biking(really cuts the legs) well biking does it for me.I can notice the difference since I started.I thought it gets cool in Texas around November,it is only 6 weeks.First I have to be accepted.
Also you shouldn't pay attention to the scale,just measurements and how your clothes fit.You could be losing fat and adding muscle which would keep at the same weight until your body adjust and starts burning the fat.Btw,did I mention I am trying to join the Air Force reserve is another reason I am wanting to drop my weight.If I get accepted hopefully it will be cool in texas by November for boot camp,lol.I can't stand heat,lmao.
I used Hydroxycut Hardcore during the Muscle Tech contest and that Akvar(you know that commercial eat all you want and still lose weight?)it is basically every herbal ingredient that all the other fat burners have,just combined.I am not using one at the moment,I would like to see if there is a difference without it.
Well now all of those foods I use to eat don't taste the same or do it for me.I ate it but the only thing satisfied me was chicken breast.So that is a good thing,so I have converted myself,lol.(500 char max)grr
Thank you!Support system,none really seems like every one I know it is all about eating and not clean eating.I guess it would be better if I joined a gym that I could be around at least some fitness minded people.The fat will leave just takes a little time,I thought the same thing in April.
I am glad still going at it.Have you been boot camping?Sorry you are stressed though.I figure at 200 every muscle I got should show,especially abs.Plus I just want to see what I look like at about 6% body fat.
