Overall Goal: so it's been two months since i've worked out all from a wonderful dose of bronchitus...well i'm a 100% healthy again. starting from stage one again.
I used to be a HUGE party girl. Always out at the bar drinking my nights away. It seemed fun at the time, but wow the weight sure does pack on. I felt so lazy and unproductive. I've decided I wanted to do more and I've always loved to workout I just got off track. I would lose weight before but never the right way. So this time I'm doing it right and its time to improve and be a better, stronger, leaner me!! Also, I would love to be a personal trainer in the future. So my first client is ME! Time to transform!
Why I Love It:
I feel so energetic and productive with Everything. It's definatley has done a 180 for me. While everyone else is drinking away at least my decisions will have a positve effect on my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been running 5ks locally so It gives me something to look forward to and also each time I see improvemnt ith my body or someone else's it makes me push o so much more.

Goal (Long):
I want to be in the best shape and maintain it! I want to be a role model and teach people to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to achieve 13% body fat and weight 115 and complete a 10k and further down the road a triatholon.!

1/3 oatmeal with 1oz blueberries 2tbs wheat germ
pure protein bar
1 apple
25 pieces of raw almonds
5ozchicken
1cup broccoli & cauliflower
1 cup cottage cheese
4 egg whites with 1 stalk green onions and cayenne pepper
whey protein shake w/1cup...

it was good and quick hows your workout and all going
I got mine at a small supplement store here at home. But you can order it here on bb.com. They are pretty awesome at getting your stuff to you right away.
