Hey, thanks Cat! Heck, brother, age can't keep you from enjoying all the benefits of lifting. I'll never weigh 200 pounds (although I'd like to) but I still enjoy topping personal bests, sleeping well and feeling like I accomplished something. 10 or 110 years old, that's good stuff! al
