Today I turned in my 3 day log of eating. My trainer looked at it and told me several things that I am doing wrong.
Some of the main problems are:
Too many carbs after 5 pm. Infact he said I cannot have any carbs after 5 pm.
Snacks after supper can only be a protein shake...

Remember, that while the scale may not show a weight loss while you are lifting, you will be replacing lost fat with gained muscle, which will give you the overall appearance of weight loss. I wish you much success and hope that you enjoy the journey.
