I have always worked out. As a child I participated in Gymnastics; in high school it was Field Hockey & Track, and in college an array of courses from Kickboxing, to Weight Training, to Circuit Training.
Why I Love It:
Working out and eating right gives me energy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back, and remember how crappy I looked and felt when I was unable to workout after an accident on my bike. I had to give my injury time to heal, and getting back into the swing of things following that ordeal were pretty iffy.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet. If I can just develop the love of low carb cutting maybe I'll have a few in the years to come.
I have wanted to compete in figure for sometime, but hurdles along the way didn't allow for the expenditure. In the meantime I have put on some solid mass, and I think my body might be more suited to the lightweight bodybuilding class. August 2008, it's still a maybe.
i go to 24 hour. it's kind of overwelming since i used to work out at Evergreen. (hahhaha) it reminds me of globogym from that horribal "dodgeball" movie.
I like the back shot. Very impressive. Keep training hard. And yes we put on a show in August in Arlington, It is an INBF show and 100% drug tested. We are always looking for new and upcoming bb to come and compete!!! You would have a blast!! www.unitedfitness.org All show info is updated.
