I haven't done great these past two days. They have been busy and full of convience foods. I know I'm going to end up paying for it at the scale on Sunday.

I know what happened, I wasn't drinking my water and OJ. I do so much better when I include fruit, vegetables and vegetable juices...

I have heal spurs and found that the statonary bike works very well. I bike about 30 minutes a day. Some bikes allow you to set your resistance level. Also the rubber resistance bands are a great tool, they can be used in the comfort of your home. I do them while I watch TV in the evenings. The bands are a very affordable tool.

catherine i am a private personal trainer its not just about weight loss but about fat loss % dont starve youself eat at least 4 times daily.aerobics start off slow in the begining shoot for 60% max heart rate slowly increasing over time please be patient iwould love to hear from you!!!!

Catherine my knees hurt me when I first started walking on the tredmill. I switched to the stationary bike, and did stuff in the swimming pool until I lost a little weight. I don't any pain in my knees known. I'm at 312 pounds. God Bless you.
