well my clients are, i haven't worked out in awhile- just was able to get my foot into shoes about a week ago. i can kind of workout now but it does make all the blood rush to the injury and it just sends shooting pain up and down my leg.

haha thanks it's actually is a full half sleeve now that wraps around i just haven't had a camera to post anything

he flipped his faster than i got mine up. caught my heel- from the top of the foot down to my toes snapped down into the ground and i pulled/ sprained all the muscles in my foot and chipped part of my bone. so i've been bed ridden and in the worst pain in my life since friday evening...so i'd say NOT TOO WELL lol how's things goin with you?

my co-worker and i were doing a crazy outdoor circuit after we finished with our clients for the day; kettle bells, tires, sledgehammers, etc. so we were on our second set and doing tire flips with the tractor trailer 250lb ones and i was in front flipping and he was in back flipping..

i can flip 300 easy haha THEY are flipping 160; struggle but definately have it down with amazing form make me so proud :D haha

ironically...i don't think i can do one haha but it just so happened i'd been super busy at my new studio and my friends stole me for the weekend and after one too many i decided i was going to try it; lasted for the picture snap :P

born and grew up in CT, moved out there for a little bit but I'm back in CT just head over to visit 1-2X a month. How do you like chandler? (heat was ridiculous when i went out 3 weeks ago haha)

haha yeah i guess; last time i did caveman training my friend and i flipped the 250 uphill for .5 a mile...cept he was 6'1 and about 3.5x my size haha but your looking good keep it up

haha well thank you! we took them at 4 a.m. so i was exhausted and look terrible but agreed that the workout is fun :)
