Hey bro. Glad you like it! You can put your knees down with feet up to finish the pushups. They are called beginner pushups(slang=girlie pushups), but they accomplish the same thing. The rest of workout is as intense. Get ready to GROW!

Yep!!! I have great chest and abdominals routines. i can send you in email. BUT! You have to use it and not quit and let me know how you like it. I know you will love it. It is intense and you get a huge pump! But is for monsters and monsters in training. haha. Send me PM with your email. i will send it. I work overnight, so am up... but is cool. Operations for Delta airlines... computer/phone stuff.
