J, Going well here. Just sticking with it and keeping on doing it over and over. Overall I'm happy with how it is all coming together. Resolved to look at it like a marathon rather than a 40 yd dash. How about you?

I'm doing good, thanks. I'm working as hard as I can. I just need more discipline on the diet. I think I'm gonna shift goals to fat loss and if the abs appear, that'll be great. If they don't, all is not lost. I look forward to seeing updated pics. Good luck to you.
