How I Started:
I've always had to work out for baseball to stay in shape, but i was just staying in shape, not getting any better. So, I've decided to truely commit to bodybuilding and getting into the best shape ever.
I've always been the big kid. I want to be the athletic kid who wow's people. I want to change my body to improve my performance in sports. I want to feel comfortable with taking my shirt off at the beach. I want to be just above 200lbs with as much muscle I can have.

Hey man, Thank u very much. The biggest thing is your diet. Honestly I work out for about and hour a day and the rest is eating the right food every 2-3 hours. If you got any q's hit me up.
thanks, my only advice is to really learn the nutrition side of things and try different things until you find what works for you. That's what really helped me...
