Thanks man! Ya I think we do go to the same gym. Its a giant warehouse, I love that Golds. Once I get my waist down to your size I'll be happy haha.

Those blue speedo shorts .... wooo weee ! A total hit. Nice to see a man wearing speedos. Now, standing by the intense red coke a cola machine...lets just say, you are the 'REAL THING ! ' Nike needs you to model their swimwear line for this summer. :-)

Holidays are going great too! I'm using this week as a rest week so I'm doing some light cardio and enjoying a change of pace. Then, it's back to heavy lifting come Jan!!
