During P.E. in highschool as an overweight kid looking to get stronger and lose fat.
Why I Love It:
The chance to improve myself and just enjoy lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always trying to improve never satisfied with my condition and I want to be a positive influence for my 10 year old daughter. Also I don't want to be the fat guy with the beautiful wife.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a overweight kid to an over weight adult who's weight reached 310 pounds and dropping down to 250 with more to go.

workout have been intense as always! nothing like leaving the gym drenched. haha. diet... have to say a little sloppy, been busy with orientation for the new work and haven't been eating how I want. Hopefully will get better as time goes by

hello bro training has been great aswell im doing my first photoshoot in 6 weeks time for world physique magazine and website so the training has gone up a level and im cutting now and the diet has changed aswell. But loving it BB is my passion now
