I do about 30 minutes light treadmill walking 3-5 days a week. I don't eat anything that even resembles meat. The texture grosses me out. As far as a nutritionist I'm thinking of hiring on about 16 weeks out from competition.

Hi Cassanova,
I do as little cardio as I possibly can. I used to be a cardio queen and run 10 miles a day, swim laps in the pool for an hour, or do the elliptical for an hours. But, I had to stop all of that cardio because I was as skinny as a pole, which is not good for someone trying to put on weight and pack on muscle.
