i have always been into fitness and was a personal trainer for a few years. i love to live healthy and am going to do my first show in march of 09

dude your progress in a year is totally amazing. im bulking at the minute but trying to keep the muscle definition there. do you have any tips for me. you pictures are stunning though man, keep up the good work :)
