i have always been into fitness and was a personal trainer for a few years. i love to live healthy and am going to do my first show in march of 09

it feels good to look great!

i invision my self winning everyday! my trainer helps to keep me on track and my family and friends are very supportive. Especially my wife!

long summer doing the wrong things
its amazing what a few burgers and fries can do! starting my off season bulk. i need to get around 240-245 and slowly lean out from there. watch the magic happen...
