How I Started:
I was tired of guys flaunting themselves and thinking that they're better than everyone (including me). I also want to break away from my shell of shyness.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to calm down and makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My father, seeing my progress, and my friends noticing my increase in health. Also, I find myself opening up more often.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
1. Swimming because it cools you off while heating up and burns fat in a fun competitive environment.
