I was interested in fitness and nutrition throughout my teens, but I wasn't so motivated to buckle down. When I started dating my fiance, though, and got involved in his lifestyle it rubbed off on me... This past March I finally kicked myself in the ass, lost 10 lbs and lots of body fat. I fell off the wagon for about a month after putting too much pressure on myself for a shoot (kinda fell apart afterward), but I'm determined to get back on and -stay- on.
Why I Love It:
I've always loved how exercising clears my mind and jump-starts my day. I've also come to enjoy how I can shape my body, like an artist with a bodily canvas.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to live the healthiest and happiest way I can. The healthiest way to live is eating clean and exercising regularly. It makes me happy to see the results in the mirror, and feel results in my attitude, strength and general health. My fiance is a big help in keeping me motivated, since bodybuilding has been a part of his life for years.
BB Accomplishments:
As a teen, I was never clinically diagnosed with an eating disorder but I had my issues with eating (or rather, not eating.) My biggest accomplishment is recovering from that disorder. I've had lots of love and support along the way :)

I've always admired women who pass up all the fads and gimmicks, looking to weightloss as the key to being attractive and healthy. At one point I was 113 pounds, but my body fat percentage wasn't great and I looked sickly. There's no way I could have run 5 miles without pause or leg-pressed 155 pounds, like I can now. Another thing I've had to overcome is exercise-induced asthma, which has taken months and diligent training.
The lowest my body fat % has been is 20%, so I'm starting with a goal of 17%. I'm not sure what my % is right now, but I'll get it tested as I lose weight and see more definition. Knowing myself, I'll want to keep going even after I reach 17%!
I've been apart of forums before, but not one with members as dedicated to fitness as this one! I've fallen off track for about a month - just getting lazy about hitting the gym, doing cardio videos at home a couple times a week and not eating as clean. I also just got back from being on...
Hello how is your weekend? Is your training going well?

Shouldn't the name be "Casket"? Because you make me want to hang myself with my lower intestine. I mean, none of your pics are the same person. Do me a favor... Go behind the counter, whip me up a Grande White Chocolate Mocha. After you do that... Please do us a favor and walk into oncoming traffic.
