Kid, you are doing great. Just keep up the work. Try supersetting and find a good loyal workout partner. Keep working on the abs because they always need attention. You are still young and still growing. I will be checking your progress. Hang in there.

pretty good, up to 230#'s though, so I'm gonna try to cut about 15 pounds to get some more definition. I guess you can say it's my new goal. But I jacked up my back over the week-end :( How are you doing?
