cashhauler I am six weeks ahead of my rehab schedule. Heading back to work Monday. The moral: Be in shape before surgery. Fitness is gooder

MPWarrior653 Haha, thanks man! I'm actually off Bagram a little ways, but still that general area. Honestly it's an honor to serve with the Army, and I think I would definitely feel like I'm missing something in life if I got out. It's absolutely for me. I'm seeing progress already from the random workouts I've been doing, and now that I'm settling into a routine it's going to get much better! Aug 26, 2012 12:54am

sec0107 Hey...took me 12 weeks to add 20, getting it off is not that hard...lost 10 in the last week. Just decrease carbs, increase cardio..the two things that work for me, HIIT after my workout and fasted cardio in the morning. Feel like I'm desperately in need of a cheat meal and a night off...think tonight is the night :-) How's your training going? Getting the results you want? Aug 1, 2012 8:05am

balanc Hey Kevin! I WAS doing about 30 min cardio three times a week (am, before breakfast) but had to cut it back - I was loosing too much size when doing that along with weights 5x a week AND twice a week boot camp! Had to add in 1000 cal a day on boot camp days too... now growing agin! woohoo! Have a great week! Jul 9, 2012 9:44am

uithoven Dude, To be truthful not much cardio. I loose too much weight if I do more than once per week. I'm blessed with fast/high metabolism rate. My diet keeps the bf low. Plus the more mudscle you pack on the more fat you burn even at rest. To me that is the key to lower bf for me. I mostly ride a road bike for miles on Sat. am early with some buddies for cardio.Its probably 60-70% diet and the rest work in the weight room. Glad to answer your questions anytime.
