brizzlow Currently a multivitamin, BCAAs, a fat burner currently, glucosamine, and fish oil. Sometimes I take a pre-workout drink but I'm really bad when it comes to drinks! Haha I try to do protein shakes. I kind of want casein, though, as I hear that helps with recovery and I am feeling like I need it. What do you think? I am trying to build muscle and lean out and I am following the Jamie Eason Livefit plan. Apr 20, 2012 4:11pm

Megan11 So true! I hit it super hard in the gym for my workout and decided I was going to run, 2 minutes in I realized my legs were too shot from lifting to run lol Now im going to the grocery store to buy more healthy food and get right again :) Eating junk food just reaffirms how much better my body feels when I eat healthy. wyepez Yea man, I had to take a day off from workouts yesterday and it threw me completely off.luckily, I managed to push myself into the gym today and made it up. These past couple of days i've been away from home so its been tough sticking to healthy meals but i think i'm doing alright; although ultimately it'll be the scale that tells the truth when i get back. ALoo Usually it's pretty random, I'm pretty good most of the time as long as I'm not around it. When I go grocery shopping I don't have a problem not buying unhealthy food but if my roommate offers candy to me (Easter candy this weekend) or if I go home to visit my parents and they go out to eat I can't resist Mexican food with queso or pizza. I think pizza is the worst craving I get. It's really a social thing, I guess. Apr 13, 2012 1:09pm
