hey bud, how u been, my training has freaking sucked. i started working the pipe line about 5 mounths ago and have maybe worked out like 10 times, but here in the last couple of days ive picked it back up so i hope to be back in shape soon!!

ya buddy, u looking thick!! im not working for golds any more couldent suport the changes the owner is trying to make. dad offerd me a job on a pipe line down in misissippi making the big bucks so im doing that now

yea im to afraid to go to heavy on squat just yet, last week i did 8 sets of 8 with 225. ill try 245 this week. ankle hurts off and on but i just ignor it

lol, glad u joined a gym! Even with my ankle ive focused on my upper body, so im still on track and i can do leg extensions and leg curls. In a couple of weeks i hope to start to do body weight exersises like body squats and calf raises.
