How I Started:
played sports sense i could walk, but started lifting when i was 12. My sop. year of highschool i moved to NE. Desided to take a brake and not go out for track, i weighed 148. started drinking bad, that summer i got into drugs real bad and did not go out for football. Without sports highschool meant nothing to me, so i dropped out. Before christmas i was in jail. a year latter i weighed 184 and did nothing physical. So, i had gained 38 pounds sense i quit sports, and it was all fat.
One day some called me fat, i almost punched his lights out. any ways thats what got me started. Some one calling me fat and i knew it was true
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
im a trainer and also work for golds gym. i see people quit not do enough or in my head being pussies. i hate that, they want to look feel better or be healther. but not do the work. here in the last 6 mounths thats whats motivated me. i dont want to be like them. or look like them lol
BB Accomplishments:
strengthing my lower back, i messed it up preaty bad powerlifting in highschool and when i went unactive lost all strenght and had pain every day

beleive it or not i was defenzive tackle at 148 pounds
im not were i want to be body fat wise. also im doing yoga when i got to the 190s i could barly move and i hurt all over. so ive layed off the weights for now and concentrating on yoga
a lot of people look at me crazy when i complan or notice something about me i dont like. what they dont understand for one thing is ill never be satisfied where im at. first i may look good now. but sense i started my new job ive barly worked out. sense my jobs so physically demanding...

hey glad to hear you're back hitting the weights! I know it's not always easy to lift regularly but I'm sure muscle memory will kick in for you :) I finally bite the bullet and got a personal trainer (vshape here) so I'm hoping he can kick my buttksi into shape..LOL.. have a good one :)
totally understand man, that's cool. yeah, i don't support the changes either i think they're pretty silly. i'm hopefully taking my ACE test in about 3 weeks and my goal is to be a trainer in there just to get my foot in the door. good luck with the pipeline man, don't let the job affect your lifting :D
