How I Started:
played sports sense i could walk, but started lifting when i was 12. My sop. year of highschool i moved to NE. Desided to take a brake and not go out for track, i weighed 148. started drinking bad, that summer i got into drugs real bad and did not go out for football. Without sports highschool meant nothing to me, so i dropped out. Before christmas i was in jail. a year latter i weighed 184 and did nothing physical. So, i had gained 38 pounds sense i quit sports, and it was all fat.
One day some called me fat, i almost punched his lights out. any ways thats what got me started. Some one calling me fat and i knew it was true
Why I Love It:
i love the way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
im a trainer and also work for golds gym. i see people quit not do enough or in my head being pussies. i hate that, they want to look feel better or be healther. but not do the work. here in the last 6 mounths thats whats motivated me. i dont want to be like them. or look like them lol
BB Accomplishments:
strengthing my lower back, i messed it up preaty bad powerlifting in highschool and when i went unactive lost all strenght and had pain every day

beleive it or not i was defenzive tackle at 148 pounds

Goal (Long):
Long term goal is 200 pounds in two to 3 years. With fat % Back down to at least 7. Building more detail and thickness in my back, more mass in chest, bigger legs/calfs
Ok, sad story because its really lame, cant tell u how many times people have told me to make something up! I was walking and fell on a black sheet of ice. I fell backwards and landed on my right ankle. At first i beleived it was sprained. So, i walked on it for 2 weeks because i dont...
I had too much drama..LOL so I took a break. Glad to hear your doing well with your goals...that's awesome! I've had so many set backs due to illness and a new job, but trying to get back to a regular routine. I just don't have any energy after working all day so I only do thursday-sunday. I'm hoping that it will get better soon! Have a fantastic day and keep in touch!

Hey haven't been on forever...but ya I'm doing good. I lose more weight, but I just haven't had time lately to focus on myself since I'm always working. But i'll post a new pio soon.
Hey you.. whats happening?? throw them darn crutches to the curb yet???? hope your getting back at it.. I started a new program yesterday.. 16 weeks of hitting it hard now for me.. we'll see what June brings.. :)
are you serious? That sucks! you sound like my husband, he dislocated the same shoulder within 9 mo. well at least you should be good with the cruches by now, lol, j/k. don't let any of that get you down and keep up the good work. I'm doing great, was finally able to join a gym, so I'm extremely sore this week. next week, I need to stayed focused and not want to try out every machine, lol.
I've been doing pretty good, thanks. A new year now..time to make a new start. At the end of the year I had alot of things going on and working out kinda got skipped quite a few times. Work got kinda hectic, I bought a house and had to move and then the Holiday's rolled around. I actually just finished moving about 3 weeks before Christmas. So, time to get started up again.
