Since starting this about two weeks ago, I have felt more energy than I've ever had!
I follow Jamie Eason's diet plan as much as I can. I substitute protein shakes or small meals for her muffin things but eventually I will maybe get to that point. So proud of myself because I've never been strict with my diet!

I used to always be against supplements, because I didn't understand them! I am understanding more than I ever thought I could!
I take a multivitamin and extra calcium support, as well as a pre-workout and a post workout. Don't forget the protein shakes!

What keeps me motivated is that I believe this will work! I've never tried so hard for anything!
I believe this program works! And I am starting to see changes in my body after only a couple of weeks! Tightening of muscles, loosening of fat, and my overall mood is better!
I haven't blogged in a while... I think it's because I went on a vacation and when we were there got stranded and splurged a little bit too much. I gained 4 lbs from retaining water and eating like crap! I was feeling very down and disappointed in myself for letting it go that far and just wasn't feeling like updating anything. I finally updated everything now after a week of working out and back on my eating plan (even though that part was a little difficult to get back into the swing of)... Go to BodyBlog
