I started lifting in high school but got back into it last fall. I had a real stressful job and it helped my keep my sanity. It's cheaper than therapy.
Why I Love It:
It's the one time of the day when it's all about me. The rest of the day it's all about work, family, relationships, etc. When I work out I push everything else out of my head and focus on the present.
We had group PT this morning. Overall it ws pretty weak. One thing is for sure though, my abs are weak. I always tell myself that I will put them at the end of my workout but I am always smoked and I just cut out early. I need to make it a point to at least get a little ab work in on...
