I started lifting in high school but got back into it last fall. I had a real stressful job and it helped my keep my sanity. It's cheaper than therapy.
Why I Love It:
It's the one time of the day when it's all about me. The rest of the day it's all about work, family, relationships, etc. When I work out I push everything else out of my head and focus on the present.

Goal (Long):
I am not concerned with how my body looks right now. I just want to increase my overall fitness level. From there it will be easier to get the look I want.
