There was an add for the new Fitness 19 gym that was opening up. I decided to join because I've been really unhappy about my body and the condition that I'm in. They had a special for personal trainers as well. I was assigned to a great trainer. He has really helped me change my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge it gives me. I also love the results I'm seeing. I enjoy the opportunity to just focus on myself sometimes.

I'm up to eating six meals a day now. I'm also lifting 5 days a week now. It's been a great time, and I'm loving it.

I just spend alot o time in the gym. From 2-3 hours in the gym....haha. What can I say I love the gym. That an everyone tells me I work out too hard for too long with too many exercises. I don't feel worn out but I have toned back the amount of reps and gained some size. My endurance is through the roof so I can workout for a long time without fatigue.
I been good but as far as the gym im doing pretty bad doing 10's and 12's at work and the holidays dont make for good workouts but come january i plan to make huge strides. How about you?
