There was an add for the new Fitness 19 gym that was opening up. I decided to join because I've been really unhappy about my body and the condition that I'm in. They had a special for personal trainers as well. I was assigned to a great trainer. He has really helped me change my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge it gives me. I also love the results I'm seeing. I enjoy the opportunity to just focus on myself sometimes.
How I Stay Motivated:
My best friend and trainer, Jalen. He's a great source of inspiration to me. Also things like bodybuilding.com and other magazines and websites really keep me motivated to want to achieve more.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm up to eating six meals a day now. I'm also lifting 5 days a week now. It's been a great time, and I'm loving it.
