There was an add for the new Fitness 19 gym that was opening up. I decided to join because I've been really unhappy about my body and the condition that I'm in. They had a special for personal trainers as well. I was assigned to a great trainer. He has really helped me change my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge it gives me. I also love the results I'm seeing. I enjoy the opportunity to just focus on myself sometimes.

I'm up to eating six meals a day now. I'm also lifting 5 days a week now. It's been a great time, and I'm loving it.
It's going really well, thanks. I'm more focused with weight loss right now, which is currently going great. If I can get down to my goal weight, gonna start hitting the heavy weights again.
sounds good....yeah eventually, i plan on waiting till after highschool, due to sports, then ill bulk for awhile and hopefully compete in a couple years
My lifts are going up but i've lost 5-10lbs of body weight lol
I guess i'm just getting sick, or being more active, oh well, just gotta eat more i guess lol
