Hmm, yeah, that is a good motivator. Im always thinking about being on stage in my banana hammock, and how embarrassing it would be not being in shape, so i can definitely relate. ps, i don't wear it to the beach, just wanted to clear that up:)

Thanks man that show was a lot of work. Actually if it weren't for bodybuilding I would probably be all tatted up. I would love to do like a halloween themed sleeve. but if I want to compete it could hurt me, thats my dilemna. anyways yours look awesome, i think they compliment the muscles too.
