I went to the gym today in quite a good mood as I was excited to try out my Versa Gripps that I ordered from Jenny Lynn's website. I was hoping that they would work - and they did! I was able to do a pretty decent back workout and actually get to near failure on my back without my grip...

My other half is a sports scientist (a university graduate) and he has put together a pretty straight forward periodised training programme for me.

I will put more info here in a few days when I get things sorted!

i read your blog. i know it can be challeging sometimes but what matters is that you stick with it. your results really wont be affecting that much for not being in the gym for 5 days. so get back on track and everything will be great. good luck and god bless

My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
