How I Started:
I was a fat kid. I had enough when I was 19. I educated myself on bodybuilding. I lost some fat and gained some muscle. Recently I decided to take it to a higher level.
This is my first progress pic near the beginning of my regimen. I had been working out about 2 or 3 weeks, and I thought it would be a good idea to start taking progress pics.
This is my progress pic after about 4 months of training. I've made some progress in all areas, and I'm finally beginning to see some abs.
To retain as much muscle as possible while cutting to 8 - 10% body fat. To improve my fitness and stamina for MMA and boxing.
Goal (Long):
I want to cut to 8 to 10% body fat for my own vain reasons. In my opinion a real man should not have fat hanging off of his body. Things should not jiggle or move when he works out.
Secondarily, I train in mixed martial arts and boxing. My performance isn't as good as I would like, and it mostly because of poor conditioning. I hope to increase my fitness, speed, strength, and conditioning so I can improve my performance in the ring.
Lifting was great yesterday. I also saw a lot of improvement in my pre-workout running. I'm so much further than I was just a month ago. Hard work and proper dieting are an amazing combination. There's not much else notable about my workout yesterday. I need to improve my form on...
