How I Started:
During my high school years I gained a lot of weight until I reached around 170kg(374pound), I was so depressed until one day I decided to start dieting, and it went on through all my collage years until I reached 115KG(253pound), I'm 193cm tall (6'3") so that was OK, but the problem is that I had this excess skin hanging from my belly and chest, i was so self conscious and didn't want to take off my shirt at the beach or in public. I heard about a surgery that can remove the excess skin, so I contacted a famous doctor and I had the skin removed, but something happened after the surgery. the surgeon over removed fat and tissue from my breast which left a cavity holes in my chest as u can see in the pics, as now I have no fat in these areas and some fats around them, so it appears as holes.
Why I Love It:
When someone walk up to you and say that you have a nice body, or someone ask you "what do you do to get so big and muscular, it gives your self confidence a huge kick up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to always log my training, and take pictures, to monitor my progress.

Goal (Long):
Well, I've always dreamed to be a pilot, during high school I've gained so much weight that this dream started to slip away from my hands. I decided I'm gonna loose the extra weight, and I did go from 165 KG(363lb) to 115(253lb) KG, but trying to gain a lot of muscle to mend in the GYM what had happened in the cosmetic surgery to remove the extra skin after I've lost weight came with a lot of weight gain again, mostly fat. Sure, I succeeded to pass the medical exam to join the Egyptian Aviation Academy at weight 120 KG(264lb), but now I'm almost 143(315lb), and also when I'm gonna go through interviews in the airline, sure they wont hire an overweight pilot. So...I've finished my aviation studies last June, so I've decided that I'm gonna start a diet program the next 3 month to reach the weight of 110 KG (242pounds) by the end of March 2007, and my last weight loss plan which was previously stated here failed dramatically, but "I may have lost a battle but I haven't lost the war". I'm gonna start a 5 day body part split weight training during the next phase, with 6 to 7 cardio sessions, 30 min. each, I'll write down my diet program on a piece of paper, and hang it on the refrigerator too, and commit myself to it in front of my parents and sister, and in front of you all, I'll take photos of me every Friday, and update this site. I write these words on my second week of dieting, wish me luck. Karim M. George

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think people who does that are show offs, they do that to attract attention to the heave weight they jerk,No I dont do it

loose T-Shirts and shorts mostly, because I need roomy cloth while training that doesn't obstruct my motion.

I wish you success in your body transformation. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had good results, if you are interested give it a look-see. Wow, everyone sure is rough with the comments on you. Don't take it personally... you have dedication and hopefully you're continuing to make baby steps (and big steps) with your nutrition, weight training, cardio, and supplements. You'll get there. I lost 60+ pounds once. Anyway, you're a handsome guy and I'm sure the ladies swoon over you regardless of weight. Beware of the ones that suddenly like you now that you are a different shape!
