How I Started:
Was on the internet looking for ways to build muscle when I came across buffmother.com..It is a wonderful site that teaches you that working with your hormones instead of against them can drastically change your body...Building muscle and leaning up..
Why I Love It:
I don't have many curves. I have found that weights can give you beautiful curves..It makes me feel so good about myself when I go workout and know that I gave it my all..
How I Stay Motivated:
I continue to look at pics of figure competitors. The RR on Buffmother.com..Those chickees are there for me for everything...RR is a family....

I want to lean up for bikini season..In the fall I want to start bulking to try to add some more muscle..Then lean again in the spring...
I am tuning up my body..LOL...Having great workouts lately...Must be all the great eating..So I must confess..DH took me to Olive Garden last night...I was like oh no...But I can do this...LOL...So no breadsticks...Way to go me....Woohoo...A little bit of the salad...I didn't like it too...

Long time no talk!! Yes, I have always done my own. I started with an all over super bleach then a couple weeks later use a regular blonde, like an ash. Then later after you have your color, you just do roots and once in awhile I do a highlight kit so it isnt so blonde and one color. After being every different color on the planet, I decided blonde is actually the easiest for me to maintain.
Aw good to hear Carrie! I heard you were having health issues and actually someone i know bought your one piece off of Diva Exchange a few months ago. Small world!
