My Motivation Program View My Full Motivation Program

To me, motivation actually comes from getting older. Looking and feeling better now than I did in my 20's is all I need to stay motivated.

I believe that we all take working out for granted sometimes. In dec of 2011,  my brother in law stepped on an IEd in Afghanistan and lost part of his leg from the knee down.  by all accounts he should have been killed.  After rehab and a few prosthetic fittings, he has completed 2 Full marathons to date.  every time I start to feel lazy about a workout, I think of him and others who have been injured-some of which may never be able to step into a gym ever again.   My motivation used to be simply to look better,  which it still is,  but now I will never take working out for granted again

carpen1 I'm defiantly s fan of HIIT cardio... But sometimes you just can't beat a good old fashioned 3 mile run.

aprilmartinez24 Few weeks haven't took anythin I just started creatine to bulk up my legs since I'm training hardcore on them 3 x a week an training everything else rest of the week also protein I have amino energy powder I haven't been taking though also CLA pills which is good to take with the guy version of lipo 6 black it's like a red an black bottle butt I stopped takin it cause I been taking it longer then ur suppose2 Just been me puttin in hard work an stayin dedicated Dec 10, 2012 11:01pm

NLWMA2014 Well.... I started a new term in school this week, so I didn't go to the gym. Hate to miss, but I need the first week to adjust and grasp what's expected of me in the new classes. I do lift & workout at home a bit when I don't get gym time. So, got the diet going and once I get back to regular workouts next week, I can't wait to see how I look and feel by Christmas :) Merry Christmas to ME!! Hahaha Nov 29, 2012 10:23pm
