I Obviously want to transform my body, with less fat & more muscle
Goal (Long):
I've never been a thin or even a a muscle bound type of person, and I would like to change that. I like lifting weights cause it just makes me feel better about myself.... Not everyone has the will power to stick with a clean diet and workout plan. I just want to transform my body into something that I've never had.
My BMI is good, and I wouldn't consider myself as over weight at all, but I would like to have nice muscle build. Thats why I'm here. (Plus, I'm open to any suggestions you might have)

Ok, so since I've been lifting and trying to eat the right stuff... I've also been reading up in some books to help give perspective to everything.... Why we should eat this much, and why you should cut out this or that... And, in this process, I have (not meaning to) kinda broken the...
