upsetting for me to see myself in this condition, but it's motivating!
Chest is starting to fill out a bit, though still having a hard time with my belly. Seems that over time, my stomach gets flatter moving downward.

Goal (Short):
I Obviously want to transform my body, with less fat & more muscle
Goal (Long):
I've never been a thin or even a a muscle bound type of person, and I would like to change that. I like lifting weights cause it just makes me feel better about myself.... Not everyone has the will power to stick with a clean diet and workout plan. I just want to transform my body into something that I've never had.
My BMI is good, and I wouldn't consider myself as over weight at all, but I would like to have nice muscle build. Thats why I'm here. (Plus, I'm open to any suggestions you might have)
