Background
I am a full-time working mother of 2 and my goal is to go to the gym everyday ;) at least 6 days a week. I would like to transform my body so I feel comfortable and look good during swim suit season. ;) and age gracefully. I had the pleasure to work with a trainer 2 days a week last September; he gave me workouts and good expectations. So far, things are going well and my diet is the best it's ever been. Although there's always room for improvement.
I love the way I feel afterward and feeling stronger everyday. Working out is a great stress relief after a long 8-9 hour day of work.

WEEK 6 DAY 43...TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
Posted in Training : Feb 14, 2012 8:32pmWell....I'm still going...Not as strong as I was. I make it to the gym 5-6 days a week. Diet is pretty much on track...healthy.
I eat pretty much vegetarian with the exception of chicken. I do eat chicken.
I drink Shakeology once a day and try to eat something every 2-3 hours. I am focused and working toward my goal but I know I can put more effort in.
Anyway....

Posted in Training : Jan 25, 2012 8:37amI took more progress pictures last night. I will upload tonight. I am definetly feeling stronger but I really want to lean out more so I will be focusing extra hard on cardio and diet. I have had a cheat meal or two but no more. Thats it! Im in this.
I am usually very quiet about my life and what I do but I have read several others blogs who are competing in the Transformation challenge and its very motivational to see how they are doing. or what they are not doing and feeling. Anyway.

Posted in Training : Jan 09, 2012 11:33amToday is Day 7 of my Transformation Challenge.
I have been going strong everyday so far. I am seeing results slowly. It's exciting for me to see my body changing everyday to the new me.
Tomorrow I will take a new photo with the newspaper, and I will do this every Tuesday until the challenge is over. I'll also post a picture of my daily journal from today. This helps me stay on track. I also am using MyFitness Pal. I have the app on my droid so I can log in at any time during the day and it keeps track of everything I eat.
