I do upper body meaning chest shoulders back tri and bis one day and lower body meaning quads hamstrings calves and abs on another day.. one week i hit upper twice the next i hit lower twice..Should i be doing something differnt? For some reason I didnt see your post anywheres .. I found it reading blogs tonight weird

Thanks but I want built legs and nice booty LOL.. so ill train hard .I do squats deep. dead lifts lunges .. so ill keep doing them I know they work cuz they hurt like heck for two days later smiles.. I just wanted to tell you youlook great though have a great day!

Thanks for encouragement I need it some days...When was your profile picture takin? You look soo good.. I used to be in very good shape and I let it go after Ihad my second child. Not that I got fat of huge just about 10 15 pds over what i weighed when i was very active and strick with my diet . Now i dont care what scale says and I want muscles!! I want to look and be fit and healthy and I love what I see.. Your picture is a inspiration to me ..

I am gonna get a bf scale this weekend .. I should of bought one earlier.. but you sounded like its pretty accurate.. Ifs its only off by 1 percent or so thats not so bad.. at least ill no where im at.. and if the scale goes up and bf goes down ill no im doing good.. Ya i think for a while i wasnt eatting enough and my weight never changed now i try every three hours to have protien and carbs.. so it is helping and when i eat i cant eat as much at a time so i eat more frequently..

I have noticed a good amount of muscle inmy upper body since Jan.. I am encouraged I really need to follow my diet closer but i doont have a love for food so every 3 hours is tough some days. And I need to up the cardio . you look great nice upper body..upper bodys must be easier to see .. hence not as much bf.. Hey what kindof bf scale do you own? a stand on one? Im looking to buy one and wondered if you like yours?

thanks for the comment. I startedin January but never took any pictures.. So I guess I keep thknking of that Ive toned up a ton and lost 10 pounds I just want results NOW Like every personot there LOL.. your looking good too
