How I Started:
I always worked out up unitl I got pregnant for my daughter then I stopped because things didnt feel right so I didnt want to chance harming her. So in 2003 I lost my body but gained a beautiful baby girl. I have walked and stuff in between there but nothing great. In January I started lifting weights again and intervals on my treadmill. A little taebo here and there and now I am trying body for life approach. So there it is .
Why I Love It:
I feel strong.. I feel like I have done good for my body and it is a release for me to lift!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I am making myself healthy and sexier for my husband!!

I have posted some new pictures. I havent beentraining much because of the month of June was spent at hospital with my dad. he passed away on July 12th and then we learned that my brother in law has stage 4 cancer of the bone. I havent felt like working out but I need to get back at it. I hope...

Awesome transformation. Congratulations. I did the Body for Life earlier this year. It made a difference in my life. I feel healthier and stronger. Keep going, stay fit.
