Overall Goal: Now that I am finally at a weight I am comfortable with, I want to focus on building muscle all over and losing fat in my abs. Most of all, I want to develop a butt!

I first started strength training seriously after I gave birth to my daughter because I wanted to get my pre-baby body back. However I have been active my whole life, participating in sports in school and running.
Why I Love It:
When I'm feeling tired or mopey, working out always makes me feel so much better. It gives me more energy and a more positive outlook for the day. And of course seeing the changes in the mirror doesn't hurt!
How I Stay Motivated:
Weighing and measuring myself to see my progress, using upbeat music to work out with.
Now that I am finally at a weight I am comfortable with, I want to focus on building muscle all over and losing fat in my abs. Most of all, I want to develop a butt!
Goal (Long):
I want to gain strength and muscle all over my body, especially in my butt. I would also like to develop more upper body strength - am working up to being able to do a pull-up without assistance. I would like to lose fat in my midsection so that the muscle is more noticeable, this will involve being very aware of what I am eating as certain foods tend to go straight to my belly. I want to have a well-proportioned body that makes people go "wow"! I hope to improve my figure as much as I can by New Year's as I will be going to a pool party that night and I want to look sexy in a bikini!

I just started the beginner's program from the "Woman's Guide to Weight Training", working on my upper body and lower body on separate days, each twice a week. I'm also trying to fit in cardio wherever I can, I do a half hour of cardio dance about 5 times a week and I also occasionally use...
I did all fruit for months, made me feel like I was walking in a cloud all the time! Too much sugar, & it burns off too fast for active people to really stay active.

good job so far, slimming down, in answer to your question depends what you wanna do. If your looking for muscle then yeah i would concentrate on adding muscle mass now, as the definition will improve your look.
