I got to a point in MY LIFE that I was tired of the yo-yo dieting and the weight gaining. I got so tired that I needed and wanted CHANGE. I began eating better and exercising- I lost 15 lbs on my own.
Why I Love It:
I like how it makes me feel: I look a lot better and feel a lot better about myself. I have tons of energy now- I feel like a kid again. I am HEALTHIER & HAPPIER- I feel as if I have been given a second chance. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at old pics to remind myself how far I have come. I also look at women's fitness magazine and I visualize what I want my body to look like. I also have a trainer who is constantly challenging me with different workouts.
My goal is to enter my first Figure Competition by May of 2008!
Goal (Long):
Yes, I have lost weight and I look a lot better then before but I want to look Amazing Naked lol! I want to have that atheletic body I have always dreamed of!
