All my life i just "got by" with my body. People have called me "healthy"or "pudgy" or even say things like "she'd be way hotter if she had a better body." Well im throwing all those negativities to the side and staring today, July 6, 2009 I will be a workout and dieting machine!!
Im tired of feeling soft and pudgy..but what I hate most is my pesky lovehandles that are so not loveable (as well as my untoned chub arms, lifeless calves, and awful saddlebags))!! Some may say I'm a bit hard on myself..but I know where I want my body to be and it will be there!!
Bodybuilding.com, and my workout enthusiast boyfriend, has allowed me to finally have the most important pieces of this journey...motivation and insporation!!!
After looking at all the AMAZING women, on the transformations of the week at BB.com, who have worked there asses off to change their lives..I can do it too!! I will do it!! (and soon I will finally be able to say.. I did it!!!!)
So today is my official start date of my transformation! i was at the gym,around 2pm, for about 2 hours today..i am soo weak!! i worked out my arms and could only lift 10lb. dumbell bicep concentration curls, 8lb. dumbell flyes and tricep kickbacks, and 20lb. bar bicep curl although i may...
